Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for Hirsch licenses for HELV alarm systems, sole-sourced to Hirsch Secure due to proprietary data in the currently installed security alarm systems. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond, and the government will use that information solely to decide whether to conduct a competitive procurement, at its discretion. The government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination under RFO 12.203.
