Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside acquisition for 300 rolls of a specific multi-purpose, antistatic, fire-retardant plastic sheeting. The services are to be performed with delivery to either U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka or Detachment Sasebo in Japan. The required delivery date is April 10, 2026, or the best possible delivery date. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price type in accordance with commercial acquisition procedures. The solicitation is anticipated to be provided to at least three small businesses around March 16, 2026.
