THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating for a firm fixed-price, supply type contract to procure MARINE RATED BREAKER PANELS TO SUPPORT AN APPROVED TRANSPORTATION ALTERATION FOR T-AKE CLASS VESSELS FOR PAPERLESS NAVIGATION on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 02/13/2026 with a closing date on or about 02/20/2026. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: http://sam.gov/content/home. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
