This is a Pre-Solicitation for a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Hangar Move FLC Puget Sound will be soliciting for the, Relocation of All Material and Equipment from Hangar 9 to Hangar 7 on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 01/28/2026 with a closing date on or about 02/04/2026. A Firm-Fixed Price, Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
