This is a pre-solicitation for a 100% small business set-aside contract to relocate all material and equipment from Hangar 9 to Hangar 7 on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. The work will be performed at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. The anticipated solicitation will be posted on or about January 28, 2026.
