This is a firm fixed-price contract for technical assistance supporting a computer system for the Fleet Logistics Center in Sasebo, Japan. Work must begin no later than 7 days after the contract award. The government will make a single award based on best value, considering price, delivery lead times, and past performance, and reserves the right to not choose the lowest price. All exceptions to the solicitation terms must be explicitly noted and supported with technical specification sheets, or the offer will be considered non-compliant.
