An amendment added an Over and Above Work clause and an unfunded CLIN, with over-and-above work authorized under DFARS 252.217-7028 and the negotiated Performance Work Statement procedures. That CLIN is unfunded at award and does not authorize performance or create a Government obligation; the contractor must not perform over-and-above work unless the Contracting Officer authorizes it in writing.
