Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for Underwater Hull Cleaning as a sole-source requirement to Seaward Marine Services LLC under RFO 12.102 based on scheduling constraints, unique capabilities, specialized qualifications, and market research. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond solely to determine whether a competitive procurement will be conducted, with any determination not to compete at the Government’s discretion.
