NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit on a brand-name basis for OEM Garlock Sealing Technologies LLC Rubber Expansion Joints, specifically Garlock EZ-FLO Style 206 expansion joints, due to required design and performance characteristics. The required configuration includes a single wide flowing arch, self-flushing geometry, nylon tire-cord reinforcement, full-face rubber flanges, and retaining-ring options in ASTM A36 steel (black painted or galvanized) or stainless steel. The joints must provide high-pressure resistance, support longer service life and lower inventory/shipping/handling costs, and can be designed to meet ASTM F1123, Navy Specification 46 CFR 56.60-25(e), and relevant ABS requirements.
