The specified L3Harris part numbers are 2-4054-1 and 2-4054-2; L3Harris owns and controls the proprietary design, manufacturing characteristics, and inspection requirements, and no other companies are authorized or capable of supplying an approved equivalent. Offers will be evaluated under RFO 12.203 for price reasonableness and past performance as part of responsibility, with award based on technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
