Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit installation of the Port Stern Tube Shaft Seal Assembly Inflatable Seal. This requirement is sole-sourced to Defense Maritime Solutions Inc. because technical requirements prohibit deviation from specified materials and are intended to prevent unauthorized spares from being installed on U.S. Navy ships and MSC vessels. The Government will evaluate price reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination. Anticipated award date is September 2026.
