The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit wire thermocouples as direct replacement parts for the Main Propulsion Diesel Engine Combined Exhaust Thermocouple onboard a vessel. The requirement is sole-sourced to OEM Fairbanks Morse, LLC, but interested companies may identify their capability and interest, which will be considered for potential competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal for evaluation. The Government will assess price reasonableness and past performance in its responsibility determination.
