All responsible sources may submit quotes, bids, or proposals, which will be considered by the agency. The government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical factors (including delivery date), price, and past performance, with no order of relative importance. Drawings, references, and TGIs will not be provided with the solicitation due to distribution restrictions. These documents are available only to quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website, who may request them by providing their CAGE code and DD-2345 for their data custodian.
