Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) EMS Development Corporation parts for ESCO Maritime Advanced Degaussing Systems. This requirement is sole sourced due to proprietary design, manufacturing data, and technical specifications, and because the Government does not own data rights to reproduce these parts. Interested companies may identify their capability to respond, and this will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes will be evaluated on technical (including delivery date), price, and past performance, with no order of relative importance. The anticipated award date is August 2026.
