The government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical factors including delivery date, price, and past performance, with no order of relative importance. Drawings, references, and technical data are restricted and will not be provided with the solicitation. Quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website may request these documents by providing their CAGE code and DD-2345 for their data custodian.
