The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit a Blower Assembly on a brand-name basis for Rolls-Royce Solutions America Inc., with components needed to restore the engine to required form, fit, and function. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability, and the Government will decide whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses. If competed, quotes will be evaluated on technical factors including delivery date, price, and past performance, with no order of relative importance. Distribution-restricted drawings and references are only available to JCP-certified quoters who provide their CAGE code and DD-2345, and only emailed inquiries and quotations will be accepted. An award is anticipated by September 2026.
