Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to sole source the procurement of various Air & Liquid Systems DBA Buffalo Pumps Centrifugal Pump Parts to ECI Defense Group, Inc., as they are the only authorized distributor for the OEM. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for consideration of a competitive procurement, though the Government retains discretion to proceed non-competitively.
