This is a sole-source requirement for OEM Viking Life-Saving Equipment life rafts as direct replacements for an ESB Type Vessel, where alternatives are not technically acceptable. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price Supply-type Purchase Order. The anticipated award date is May 2026. The performance location is with the Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound. Companies may express interest and capability, but the Government retains sole discretion on whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
