This procurement will be solicited as brand name requirement via FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply purchase order will be awarded. Solicitation will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 11/25/25 with quotes on or about 12/1/25. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS.
