Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure PALFINGER MARINE boat davit gear box and parts. This procurement will be solicited BRAND NAME brand name only, utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N0040625RS0011 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 28 AUG 2025 with the quotes due on or about 10 SEPT 2025. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Offer must be the OEM or an authorized distributor. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
