It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Attached is the soliciation and justification of sole source. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
