This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective 01/17/2025, and the DFARS Change notice 01/17/2025. This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) BOLL & KIRCH (U.S. subsidiary BOLL FILTER CORP.) or AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS per FAR 11.
