The final destination is Sasebo, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following: -The Manufacturer -The country of origin (COO) -After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival -Confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo, Japan and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping. -Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable. NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to page 3 of the solicitation. However, if additional fees such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs apply, please include in the line item(s) of the requirement. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. This acquisition will be solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for UNDERWATER HULL PARTS in accordance with solicitation specifications. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. A determination to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Sam.gov website on or about 06/27/2025 with quotes due on or about 07/07/2025. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
