Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure PRYSMIAN CABLES & SYSTEMS USA LLC, FOR PN:M885045/22-03E- 09, FIBER CABLES This procurement will be solicited as 100 %set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. TThis acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) PRYSMIAN CABLES & SYSTEMS USA LLC or AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS per FAR 11. Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from the OEM is required to be submitted with quotes. Solicitation N0040625QS291 will be posted to the sam.gov website before 30 June 2025 with quotes due within 12 Calendar days of posting. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM.
