This Solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Brand Name or Equal, for Office Furniture FLC Puget Sound will be soliciting for, Office Furniture, in accordance with solicitation specifications in support of SWFPAC. This acquisition will be negotiated as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 6.203. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 06/05/2025 with a closing date on or about 06/12/2025. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
