This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME ONLY basis with L-3 COMMUNICATIONS WESTWOOD CORPORATION, per FAR 11.104. Interested AUTHORIZED SMALL BUSINESS DISTRIBUTORS/RESELLERS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals/quote prior to solicitation close date and time which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The required delivery date is 30 DAYS ARO or BEST EXPEDITED DELIVERY OFFERED. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Beta.Sam website on or about 04JUNE2025 with quotes due on or about 12JUNE2025. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
