Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure grout coat and exoxy color coat. This procurement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures.It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. These items are brand name to Crossfield Products Corp. - MIL-PRF-24613, grout coat TYPE I, CLASS-3 -MIL-PRF-24613, epoxy color coat,NAVY BLUE 706, 1GAT/KIT. Solicaition N0040624R0055 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 20 September 2024 with the proposals due on or about 24 september. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov.
