THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT ? NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating for a firm fixed price supply type contract to provide OEM WHISTLE CABLE PARTS of BRAND NAME AERO CONTROLEX (TRANSDIGM) on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 08/23/2024 with a closing date on or about 09/06/2024. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures.
