NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Naval Computer and Telecomm Sta FE is negotiating on a sole source basis to RangeForce Inc for a firm fixed price supply type contract to provide annual licenses to their RF Gold edition (incorporates Silver edition). The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 8/12/2024 with a closing date on or about 8/14/2024. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. Electronic submissions of quotes through the SAM.gov website is not available at this time. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) in order to participate and receive a Government award in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
