NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating for a firm fixed price supply type contract to provide OEM L3 Harris radio repairs/services on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 07/24/2024 with a closing date on or about 08/5/2024. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
