FLC Puget Sound in support of Military Sealift Command, is soliciting for a firm fixed price supply type contract for BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT (EATON CORP.) for the procurement of CLUTCH and COUPLING parts, in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be negotiated as a 100% Small Business Set-aside on products per far 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 2/12/2024 with a closing date on or about 2/19/2024 A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
