NAVSUP FLC PS intends to procure oil purifying pump and motor equipment with other assembly parts, on a limited source basis to Aircraft Appliance and Equipment Limited, and its authorized distributors IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. It is anticipated that a commercial of firm-fixed price SUPPLY type contract will be awarded PUMP; 1 EA P/N 864613 (CBF3FVD-118D MOD PER ECP 262-12A-C003), AC MOTOR; 1 EA P/N 801624-538, COUPLING; 1 EA P/N 863158, COVER; 1 EA P/N 863150, PUMP MOUNTING BRACKET; 1 EA P/N 863110, MOUNTING FRAME; 1 EA P/N 863149, NAVY MOUNT; 4 EA P/N 863112, KEYS & FASTENERS; FOR ATTACHING PARTS, NSN: 4320-20-002-9030, The solicitation & limited sources J&A will be posted to SAM.GOV on or about 31 AUGUST 2023, with quotes due on or about 06 September 2023. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.GOV website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of quotes via SAM.GOV is not available at this time.
