NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit to make a single award of a firm, fixed-price, service-type contract for Rolls-Royce Technical representative to provide on-site support and technical oversight for SRF-JRMC to repair and test propeller equipment manufactured by Rolls Royce. This will be solicited on a sole source basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 17 February 2023. NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound intends to use a comparative evaluation in this procurement. The location of work to be performed at SRF & JRMC, Yokosuka, Japan. Performance will be 1 August 2023 through 16 October 2023. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13.5 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on Sam.gov Website https://sam.gov/content/home. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
