NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting to make a single award of a firm fixed-price SERVICE- type contract for laboratory services to test for levels of heavy metals (lead, #2, #3) in paint sample removed from Navy vessels. Test reports will be due 1 week from receipt with an option for 24-hr testing. This will be a 100% small business set aside solicitation. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 15 February 2023. NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound intends to use a comparative evaluation in this procurement. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13.5 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on Sam.gov Website https://sam.gov/content/home. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
