To be negotiated on a Brand Name basis with HUSSMANN REFRIGERATION per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
