It is anticipated that the requirement will be posted as a Sole Source to OEM RENK solicitation to the government point of entry (GPE), sam.gov on 12/8/2022 with proposal due by 12/16/2022. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply contract to be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
