THIS NOTICE IS FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of the Military Sea lift Command, is soliciting unrestricted for the procurement of Brand Name Rytec System 4 controller assemblies retrofitted to existing spiral doors. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 11/23/2022 with a closing date on or about 12/02/2022. The due date to submit any questions or inquiries will be 12/01/2022 at 1200PM PST. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the Sam.Gov website: https://sam.gov/content/home/ . Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to otter due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM.Gov website.
