Modification is required to include: CFR 001 - Addtional parts identified stern ramp was inspected; CFR 002 - Addtional 50 hours of labor due to Governement Furnished Material (GFM) delay; CFR 003 - Addtional 3 days of labor required to repair leak identified while testing. CFRs are within scope of the original purchase order and were required in order to fulfill the required services.
