NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for the purchase of Replacement Parts for a MSC Ship. It’s anticipated that the requirement will be posted as a Small Business Set-A-Side Brand Name to Manufacturer CLA-VAL, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and authorized small business distributors. Solicitation to be posted to the Beta-SAM website on 12/8/2022 with proposal due by 12/16/2022. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Service contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Beta.Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or Fax request will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov
