Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure telecommunication dial-tone services for Naval Air Station Whidbey Island and Naval Station Everett. To be solicited on a sole source basis to Ziply Fiber per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement of submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be procured using procedures for acquisition of commercial services under FAR parts 12 and 13. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or about 05 August 2022. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed.
