Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure a requirement for fifteen 100-foot shore power cable assemblies. This procurement will be solicited as a Women Owned Small Business set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N0040622R0023 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 10 May 2022 with the quotes due on or about 24 May 2022. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
