NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC) for the procurement of Lug Butterfly Sea Valves. It is anticipated that the requirement will be posted as a Brand Name or Equal solicitation to the government point of entry (GPE), sam.gov on 7/22/2022 with proposal due by 8/5/2022. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply contract to be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
