NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of the Military Sealift Command, will be soliciting a firm-fixed-price supply type contract on an unrestricted sole source basis to BUFFALO PUMPS ,INC for the procurement of Dewatering Pump Parts. Shipping terms will be FOB Destination to San Diego, CA 92123. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which shall be considered. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 25 July 2022 with proposals due by 27 July 2022. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the sam.gov website at: https://sam.gov/content/home. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for the inability of the Offeror to access the posted documents. A firm-fixed-price, supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation will be conducted utilizing 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. Offerors must be registered in SAM in order to receive a government award for this procurement. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed or faxed. Emailed completed solicitations are acceptable. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes via sam.gov is not available at this time.
