NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Military Sealift Command, is procuring a firm fixed price supply type contract for Kelvion (OEM) LTFW Cooler Gaskets. This requirement will be posted as a brand name requirement and the anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 7/22/22 with a closing date on or about 7/27/2022. Shipping terms will be FOB Destination to San Diego, CA 92123. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which shall be considered. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the sam.gov website at: https://sam.gov/content/home. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for the inability of the Offeror to access the posted documents. A firm-fixed-price, supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation will be conducted utilizing 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. Offerors must be registered in SAM in order to receive a government award for this procurement. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed or faxed. Emailed completed solicitations are acceptable. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes via sam.gov is not available at this time.
