NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of CNRJ Regional Operations Center is negotiating for a firm fixed price supply type contract to procure Motorola remotes (MCD 5000) and associated peripherals, to include installation and programming in Japan for the CNRJ Regional Operations Center. The posting date of the solicitation is on 07/06/2022 with a closing date on 07/13/2022. Complete description in attached solicitation. This Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. To be negotiated on a Brand Name basis with Motorola OEM equipment and parts per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The brand name is based on compatibility, interchangeability and maintaining the warranty of existing Motorola equipment. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
