Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to procure a requirement for rewire services of the entire Old Man IV vessel except for the electronics. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Service Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N0040622Q0520 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 02 June 2022 with the quotes due on or about 16 June 2022. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov.
