Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for the purchase of 325 Complete Epoxy Deck Kits. The requirement also includes a properly trained on-site technician and training materials to ensure installation of the material is in accordance with MIL-PRF-32584 and all the requirements of Naval Ship Technical Manual (NSTM 634), NAVSEE Standard Item (NSI) 009-26 and ASTM F-718 for authorized shipboard use. This acquisition will be negotiated on a small business set a side basis per FAR 13.501 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. A Firm-Fixed Price Supply type contract will be awarded. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the BETA.SAM.GOV website on or about 3 September 2020, with quotes due on or about 15 September 2021. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the BETA.SAM.GOV website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Facsimile proposals/quotes will not be accepted.Electronic submission of quotes via BETA.SAM.GOV is not available at this time. Description of complete supplies and services requirements will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted.
