NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for services to replace the programmable logic controllers, compressor management system controller assemblies, and electrical enclosures of LPAC in accordance with the solicitation specifications. The acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with RIX Industries per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of a firm-fixed price supply type contract utilizing FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is anticipated. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.GOV website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of quotes via SAM.GOV is not available at this time. Facsimile proposals/quotes will not be accepted. Submission of quotes and completed solicitations via email is acceptable.
