This acquisition will be negotiated on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. This requirement to be solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Commercial basis, under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5. Award under this procurement will be made to the technically acceptable offer which provides the best value to the Government, past performance and price considered. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the betaSAM website on or about 25 May 2021. A Firm-Fixed Price, supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC PS.
