NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for Technical Representative Service to provide on-site support and technical oversight to the SRF personnel to install, flush, and test of Controllable Reversible Pitch (CRP) System on a unit at the Ship Repair Facility Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), Yokosuka, Japan. This requirement will be solicited under unrestricted sole source basis to Rolls-Royce Marine North America. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Beta-SAM website on February 4th, 2021 with proposal due by February 17th, 2021. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Service contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Beta.Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or Fax request will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendments will be mailed. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov
