Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure a requirement for Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station-Far East, Base Communications Office (NCTS-FE BCO) and Naval Computer and Telecomm... Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure a requirement for Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station-Far East, Base Communications Office (NCTS-FE BCO) and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) for contractor support to operate, repair, maintain and expand the Information Technology infrastructure in Japan, Singapore, Diego Garcia, Korea and Hawaii as a Small Business Set Aside. This procurement will be made utilizing FAR Part 12 and 15 procedures and it is anticipated a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Service Contract will be awarded. The anticipated date of award is 1 August 2021. It is anticipated that solicitation N0040621R0003 will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website on or about 1 April 2021 with the quotes due on or about 1 May 2021. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website: http://www.beta.sam.gov.
